Fit for slow cooked recipes – like braised meat, curries, pulaos or stews, mutton shoulder cut is a combination of bone-in and boneless tender pieces that leave a rich meaty flavour in the mouth.

Cut from the forequarter, the meat needs slower and longer cooking but promises a juicy and tender taste.

The stock is free range and locally grown. We do not store our meat in the freezer or refrigerator and serving cold meat to our customers is not a practice we follow. Our meat is live-cut following all safety and hygiene practices. We freshly cut our meat after we receive an order and deliver it as fast as possible so that maximum nutrition is retained.
