Rich in iron and other nutrients, our mutton liver is freshly cut from premium, pasture-raised goats. Meaty, rich and dense in taste and texture, mutton liver can be cooked in several ways – make a pate, or liver fry, liver curry even.
Tip: Do not overcook the liver as it can make it mushier than it should be. Cook just until the centre is pink-ish.
The stock is free range and locally grown. We do not store our meat in the freezer or refrigerator and serving cold meat to our customers is not a practice we follow. Our meat is live-cut following all safety and hygiene practices. We freshly cut our meat after we receive an order and deliver it as fast as possible so that maximum nutrition is retained.
